trying to build up body confidence MILESTONES: 4/6/18 first time wearing shorts all week. 5/29/18 first time going shirtless in my yard/public. 8/5/18 first time taking shirt off on beach. 8/26/18 change in lockerroom (keep underwear on). 9/21/18 change in lockerroom (including underwear/naked). 9/27/18 locker room use shower stall naked. 6/20/2020 first naked video call (notwnbr2020). 7/22/2022 first time wearing 5in shorts in public. 5/5/2023 first time hiking/running shirtless in public. 5/12/2023 first time wearing a speedo to the beach. #milestone FUTURE GOALS:walk from locker to shower nude communal shower naked, go to a nude beach, ride in wnbr.

I went on my first trip to the beach of the year this week. This will be my 4th year wearing speedos on the beach. There was an unseasonably warm day this week so I took the chance to go to the beach. since it was my first time back on the beach in months I was a little shy to strip down to a speedo at first but once I did it felt great to be back on the beach in only a speedo. There is no better feeling and I've been looking forward to it all winter. I want to go to the beach more then I did last year and I plan to wear a speedo every time. Last year I dared myself to walk down the beach in only a speedo in front of everyone. No one said anything to me and it was very freeing. I hope to walk down the beach in a speedo many more times this year to be more confident and be able to wear my speedos without doubts or worry.

ive posted a lot more on instagram this month and neglected my tumblr so heres a nude from the locker room shower to make up for it. even though ive been mostly post to instagram they dont allow full nudity so should i post more here too?

The scariest part of wearing a speedo on the beach is the moment you take off your shorts. Once you get past that you'll realize it is not that big of a deal. It feels great and the nerves from the build up start to go away. If you are thinking about trying speedo this summer go for it.
