Coding, Crowd(sourcing/funding), Card Games, and Completely Controversial
You know those conversations you have with your fellow coders on IRC that you have to quickly minimize when the marketing team comes over to ask you a question? Yeah? Ok cool, keep reading…
I have been a founder of 25% of the following tech startups: Facebook, Twitter, Zillionears and Google. I’m not saying my past startups were not solving a problem, I’m saying this one is solving a much bigger problem, one that is affecting 40% todays society.
The Problem: Not having enough facilitated inappropriate card games to help break and ice and filter out your buzz kill friends at parties.
The Solution: State of the art, crowdsourced, crowdfunded, and completely controversial “Would You Rather” card game. It is also social, local, and mobile.. SoLoMo
The execution:
We started out with a site that allows anyone to submit their own “Would You Rather” scenarios, or upvote any of the existing ones.
The top 200 upvoted scenarios will make it into our actual card game.
And then we will simply put it on Kickstarter and raise one million dollars and rescue the world of this problem.
I always knew I would use my super engineering powers to change the world. I just didn’t know I was going to make such an amazing impact on society.
I am so proud of my team for the years of work we put into this.
Now go drink some beer and submit your own scenarios.
