tysm for all the support on future days so far! im excited to see how you all feel about the next chapter (chapter 8). i really really really love and appreciate every comment, they motivate me so much like genuinely. i know i take FOREVER to respond but that's just my posting anxiety lol. i worry someone is gonna be like omg this is terrible and i hate it!

hope you guys like the angst, i know this story is SUPER angsty. the beginning is the angstiest it gets so yes, it gets better. theres a lot of recovery fluff coming (if thats the right term haha). everyone's relationship with megan and how they handle everything is different.

there WILL be meizini. future days is a slow burn but they do interact and are sweet with each other before. dani is very gentle and also her usual, oblivious self she always is in all my fics lol. megan is just really preoccupied with, yk, being traumatized.

in all seriousness I loved the movie! it reminded me why i fell in love with the girls. hearing megan talk about her mental health really touched me, along with dani talking about manon. you can tell she really misses her. i didnt realize how much I missed her until watching the doc.

im really proud of all the girls and I cant wait to see what they do next 💞 they all work incredibly hard.

i just read the new chapter of future days!

i’m so worried about megan, like what is evelyn going to do now? with the girls knowing where evelyn lives shows that megan is (hopefully) there. sophia worrying about yoonchae is so real!

i really hope that megan comes back soon, even if she is mute (what i’m guessing based on the tags)

yeah she doesnt talk for a lil bit buttttt thats temporary! i wanted to challenge myself when writing this fic with a ton of tough subjects i'd never written before and thats one of them. i actually think it came out pretty well but who knows! i did a lot of research and put a lot of thought into it.

ty very very much for reading! chapter 7 is one of my fav chapters, though i dont really have a reason why. i just like it!

As far as I can tell, its been between 12 and 24 (maybe more idk) hours since megan has been taken. Is evelyn going to feed her or is she going to forget that she locked her in a closet??

you're right!! its been about 20 hours. Evelyn hasn't done/won't do either (evil ik) but because of the adrenaline megan won't really notice until later. chapter 6 is the last chapter where you see her pov while she's being held. kind of a spoiler but she's missing for 26 hours so she'll *technically* be fine physically. mentally? no 😔
