      One of the grunts had gotten smacked with the balls, a disGRUNTlrd ‘ooofuh’ sounding.    The other grunt snickered.

      “Bro, yer almost BALLS DEEP! HAHA!”       With a muffled huff (muffled thanks to the handkerchief in front of his mouth), he picked up the balls and held them out to the other.       “Here – Wanna hold MY BALLS? Hahahaha!”     “Dude, bro, bruh, BRAH! Not only is Big Sis ‘round – There’s a stranger here too!”

      The admin gave a roll of her eyes. What absolutely ADORABLE idiots they were. “Aight you two, knock of the subtle FLIRTING.” She gave a chuckle to that and nodded off to the side.

      “Hurry on back home, you two.” After the two nodded back and began to head off, she turned her attention back to Nero. “They’re dumb. But their kind of dumbness is cute. Suppose I should apologize on their behalf. And a Tentacool is a type of Pokemon, if you really want to know. Anyway what ARE you?” 

“I’m an Inkling, which is most definitely not one of whatever those Pokemon things are. What I want to know is what these idiots here are playing at throwing those things at me; said something about getting in the balls, whatever that’s about.”

Arms crossed in agitation, Nero grumbled under his breath; those goons might as well have been throwing rocks for all the good it would do.

“The apology is appreciated, but really, they would do well to be more than a little more careful. Dunno what kinda racket this is, but cut out for it they ain’t.”

      “…”      “Bro?”      “Yeah, bro?”       “That’s like, the fifth ball you’ve thrown at that thing and it’s STILL not goin’ in.”      “Bro. You’re right! Why won;t this strange lookin’ Tentacool get i nth’ball?!

   And here we see two VERY confused male grunts, making weird hand motions as they talk to each other about this so-called ‘Tentacool’ they were trying to catch.

      “Idiots!” Came a voice from behind them.    And who else would it be other than their Big Sis Plumeria?

      With her right hand rested upon her right hip, she approached them with that sassy sway to her hips.

      “That’s not a Tentacool. I have no idea what it is, but it’s certainly NOT a strange Tentacool.”

A fifth ball smacking off the side of Nero’s head drew an irritated growl from the Inkling, sneering at the grunts standing in front of him; just what in the hell were they talking about? What exactly WAS a tentacool? What in the hell were these balls for?

“I’m not getting in any balls, you hear? How ‘bout you take these things back?”

Gathering the balls to throw back at the grunts, the boy heard another voice join the chorus opposite him. Drawing eyes toward the source, he blinked confusedly, unsure whether to be thankful for clearing the confusion or more baffled by their confusion.

“Definitely not a... Tentathingy, whatever the hell that is. Not sure who you lot think you are just flinging these about, but a nice feeling it ain’t.”

“Either fight one another, or you could always go out and piss off the ferals. Or you know, work out, or explore. Do whatever, just don’t bother me.”

He smirked.

At the point the Elite wasn’t surprised that the annoying Inkling had decided to pop up like a damned weed. She had almost missed his voice.

“Please leave. You are nothing more than a nuisance to my kind. Unless of course, you want your flesh to writhe with my venom.”

“Oh come now, dear, we both know you wouldn’t do that; you’re just too soft and friendly to hurt a soul.”

Laughing heartily, he slaps the Elite’s back.
