My body been falling apart y'all. I stopped lifting for always having some kind of arm or shoulder injury. I stopped running when my achilles tore. Every time I play ball I tear my meniscus. Only thing saving me from looking crazy is genetics. That will only last so long though. Unacceptable how long I've let this go on. I weigh as much as Zion Williamson. Anytime in the last 2.5-3 years when someone asks me about working out, I've ignored them or flaked. It's embarrassing. I'm going to push through whatever this time. I'll need help though. Listen, this is my brother. In 2010 I tore my Achilles heel, lost my job, lost girl, and my house burned down. Fredo was the only person in battle rap that I hadn't known for years to constantly call me and lift me up. We'd only met a year prior. I had to soak my heel in a tub, bro would call me and we'd talk about battle rap and street fighter for hours. Conversations about life, women, rhyme patterns, and whatever else man.
