So what's this au about? Can you explain more about it? After all when I first found this it just started with Nightmare appearing as a child that looks lost. ╮⁠(⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ° ⁠❛⁠.⁠)???

Hii!

Yes, so this is a story on what happens after Nightmare is "uncorrupted".

After years of war between Dream and "Nightmare" something happens (not gonna say what yet, spoilers) that allows the passive Nightmare to come back to life.

He has no memories of what happened after the apple incident, tho.

I was gonna start with the comic where the incident happens, but I decided I want the story to revel itself bit by bit. Also by not having previous context it's kind of like we are discovering what happened at the same time Nightmare does.

Idk if that made sense?, but I hope this helps.
