These photos: I thought it'd be fun trying to make IBMs out of wire given their ribbon-y build! I wanted to make Tanaka's IBM but the wire and embroidery floss didn't quite live up to my hopes so I tried again, but I also ran out of black wire before I could finish Izumi's IBM. I hope to try again sometime but hopefully you can enjoy regardless!

Fun(?) fact, the embroidery floss didn't want to stay around the wire frame, especially around the head, so it's quite literally unraveling... felt appropriate for Tanaka...!

admittedly akiyama’s barrel times is a bit of a basic pick for an oldtime fan like yourself, so i was going to add an extra doodle or two… but this december was sooo very rough on me, so i wasn’t able 😭 i did feel very inspired for this though, and i had lots of fun trying things out! i hope your holidays are going well!!!

It’s that time once again!! AjinWeek 2024 will be held from July 28 to Aug 10. Posting for each set of prompts will be open for two days your local time zone (though of course you can post late!) Use 1, 2, 3 or even 0 of the themes, and tag #AjinWeek24 to participate!

The event is being held both and tumblr and twitter (and Instagram if we get really motivated). Twitter is @ajinsanta and Instagram is @ajinsecretsanta (yes, the accounts there get used for both ajinweek and ajin secret santa).

The three prompt tracks this year are the Seven Deadly Sins (throwback to AjinWeek15!), Body Parts, and the Chinese Zodiac.
