is it time to take a quick nap to face the new day after a night of insomnia

my thoughts are louder than the words I can utter

New day and the sounds of the chirping birds are giving me anxiety because that is natural preparation of comosion to be experienced during the day.

I wish this insomnia night silence could be longer, so i can have more of this solitude, more of this contentment in my thoughts and being.
