Harry Styles takes action against “internet trolls” that hacked his mom’s iCloud.
Harry Styles’ mother, Anne Twist, was the latest victim of internet trolls earlier this month when the One Direction singer’s personal pictures were spread all over Twitter by one of his own fans who claimed that the pictures came from Anne’s iCloud account.
After Twitter tried and failed to suspend the user responsible of the hacks, the singer took matters into his own hands and hired anti-piracy company Web Sheriff to remove the intimate pictures from the internet.
As of now, the photos have been taken down from sites like Twitter and Tumblr, where fans reposted the images, and legal action is expected to be taken against the main author of the hack.
Anne, who recently reactivated her Instagram account, has yet to come back to Twitter.
