Ricotta stretched her arms as she walked along a pathway, belonging to one of Andalusst’s parks. Even though it was a lovely day, there weren’t many out and about. The shiny Cyndaquil figured most of them would be at the plazas, or one of the city’s many restaurants. Even her partner was back at the base, napping away. With her eyes focused on the sky, she never realized she was about to run into another ‘mon. “Oh, pardon me!” she exclaimed, tumbling backwards.
{{omg someone please give this woman a medal it’s been months and this has gone unanswered i’m a horrible person //cries}}
"Aah!" Yvette stumbled forward a bit, flailing her arms to right herself. The red-orange Charmander frizzed with embarrassment as she quickly turned around to face Ricotta. "Pardonnez-moi, mademoiselle! You are not hurt?" she asked, one hand held up to her mouth while she extended the other to help the Cyndaquil up.
Ricotta managed to catch the Charmander’s claw before she hit the ground. She pulled herself up quickly and went straight into apologies. “Oh no, I’m not hurt! I seriously apologize for runnin’ into you though! I should’ve been looking where I was goin’, not lookin’ up into the sky,” she sputtered at the reptile. “The real question here is are you okay?”
"Ah, oui! I am fine!" she answered, shaking her head in confirmation. The repltile’s "fluff" seemed to flatten down as re recollected herself. She looked around for a few moments. "I do not remember ze Pokémon here at ze moment,” she said in a worried almost-whisper before turning her attention back to the Cyndaquil. She looked at the shiny Pokemon apologetically and smiled, laughing sheepishly. “I must have fallen asleep out here!”
Ricotta chuckled at the fire-type. “That’s not a problem! There seems to be enough friendly Pokemon around these parts to not have to worry too much!” Ricotta paused for a moment before extending her paw. “My name’s Ricotta. What’s your’s?”
The Charmander nodded her head in agreement. "Yes, everybody here seems very friendly. A bit different zhen living in ze fog, non?" She chuckled a little at herself before gently taking Ricotta's paw and gently shaking it once. "Pleasure to meet you, Ricotta. My name is Yvette."
