My headcanon: Crowley can play the violin (he learnt it in secret to please Aziraphale who was good friends with Tchaikovsky and was quite upset at his death) and plays to soothe his plants if they behave nicely (or stress them out with dramatic music). He also plays for Aziraphale on very rare occasions and will play with Aziraphale (who can play every instrument but has a preference for the harp which makes him nostalgic) once in a blue moon.
