You smile a bit, looking at him.

He nods, before inching closer to get rid of most of the space between them.

“Yeah,” He adds another nod while looking down, before glancing back up to meet her eyes. “Yeah, I do.”

He ties his hands behind his back before leaning down to gently press his lips against hers again. This was something new and exciting, and it felt really nice! At first his heart did a flip, but now it just made him happy and warm.

He pulls again, then smiles, and realizes that he remembered to close his eyes this time.

She blushes at this.. but pressed her lips back against his… enjoying this alot, her blush still showing, this felt so magical it was like those disney movies you watched.

He's suddenly hit with hundreds of thoughts at that moment, which is surprisingly seeing as he was having trouble just making one only moments ago. The one that stuck out in his mind the most was the need to make her happy.

Make her as happy as she was making him.

"Hey, Casey?" he mumbles after pulling away, and he's stuck for a moment on what he was about to say, but immediately remembers upon meeting her eyes again.

"Wanna run away with me?"

It’s Nik’s turn to turn bright red, and he only notice a few seconds after that his eyes are open and he’s still stuck in shock mode. That’s not smooth at all!

Habuwhaaa?? He’s at loss for words and he wants to kiss her back, really! But he just stays still and waits for her to pull away with a mind that would make a piece of blank, white paper look like it had just been in the hands of a messy toddler with finger paint.

Still. That was nice.

She breaks the kiss, covering her mouth, blushing so much and backs up.

“O-Oh gosh.. s-sorry I-I made this awkward!”

He's still frozen when she backs away, trying to comprehend what had just happened. That did happen, right?

Her voice cuts through your thoughts and you realize you still haven't done anything.

"No, wait!"

That was the only coherent sentence that managed to leave his mouth, and in a matter of seconds Nik were standing a few feet from Casey with a blush that would put the horizon to shame.

"I..." He reaches forward to make up for the distance between them, all the while trying to think of something to say. Something, anything, because she might take your reaction the wrong way.

Finally you gulp loudly and blink quickly, not minding that your face could probably rival a tomato at this point.

"M... Me, too."

And smile.

She shuts her eyes tightly, turning red.

He grins, and for some reason the meaning behind 'like' completely goes over his head.

"Hey, I like you, too!" He laughs, before continuing, "You were kinda like my best friend back when we were in the medium, right?"

He feels a sting of worry as she shuts her eyes, and reaches forward to place a comforting hand on her shoulder.

"Hey, are you okay?"

She stares at him for a while, not noticing his pants are wet, she blushes a bit.

“O-Oh Nik I-I gotta tell you something.”

You start to blush and hear your heartbeating.. oh gosh this was so nervewracking.

The tone of her voice nearly makes your heart skip a beat, and you're hearing is suddenly ten times sharper. You're not use to this nervousness and it's really confusing you, but you manage to push it out of the way for a moment.

"Yeah?" That came out a bit more eager than you had intended, but you're sure she didn't notice. You tilt your head slightly to the side, and smile when you see her cheeks color.

"I'm all ears."

She turned around and saw the red headed boy running towards her, a smile started to form but as he slipped she quickly frowned and ran over to him. “Oh my gosh! Nik are you okay?” she kneeled down and check on him, and smile a bit as you see he is fine. “Hey…”

You gave her a tiny smile when she began to check to see if you were okay, and you nodded in response. You raised a hand to rest on top of hers, then chuckled.

"Yeah, I'm fine! I should've seen where I was going," you mumbled, before removing your hand from hers and shuffling about to get up. It was then that you noticed that your pants had gotten wet, and that wasn't the most pleasant feeling in the world. With a tiny groan, you checked to see how bad it was.

"Agh, crap..." It wasn't as horrible as it could have been, but you're upset anyway. You manage to shake that feeling away to refocus on Casey, however.

"Sorry about that," was all you can manage, tone bouncing slightly with equal parts of nervousness and excitement, "Anyways, why are we here again?"

She pulled up her hood, holding her cellphone close do it wouldn’t get wet.

You let out a small sigh of relief when she answers, and then respond yourself.

NC: not much i was just looking for you.

NC: ack really??

NC: stay put, i'll find you!

You set your status to idle and close out of the chat window so you could actually see through the shades, before bringing the wrap around your neck a little closer and stepping out into the streets. It might have been a good idea to at least ask her to give you an idea as to where she was... But you weren't exactly thinking straight at that moment, mainly blinded by the thought of seeing her.

You enjoyed hearing the splash of water under your feet as you ran around, and you somehow managed not to slip and fall. This is what your dad would probably call 'swag', right?

You finally skid to a stop when you spot another figure in the darkness, and this one doesn't look like an adult. Once again your grin takes over most of your face, because you immediately recognize that hooded cape.

"Casey!" You began to run forward, and when you were only a few feet away, you somehow managed to slip and fall. Well, that was embarrassing. You would have cared if it had been any other day, but as you rubbed your back and stared up at the small blond girl, you really could have cared less.

"... Hey."

Maybe you can use it to call him or something, that’ll be good right, but no instead you log on your pesterchum cellphone app and check if he’s on, oh hey! he is! but.. you blush again… you’re too shy to even send him a “Hi” or “Hehe”. so you stare at the cellphone until it vibrates.

When you spot her online, the grin on your face widens, and you're pretty sure that you would end up hurting something if it got any bigger. Not to mention it must look scary, seeing as your teeth are much sharper than one would expect. You quickly open up a chat window and lean back against the cement walls.

You barely notice that it's started to rain, but that's the least of your worries at the moment.
