After Matt drags me out of bed 😁 and I get the kids off to school....its personal development time. I dedicate 10 minutes (although it should be more). It makes all the difference with how I take on the day and it's non-negotiable in my schedule. Do you have a standing daily date with PD? Maybe it's mediation or prayer? You have to serve your own heart 💜 before you can truly serve others.

I had no following when it came to fitness. I was THE biggest skeptic. I am being brutally honest when I tell you - I did NOT believe this was real/possible/achievable. And you know why?! Because I didn't believe in ME. ---------- Thankfully others did. They know who they are - but what's important, is YOU HEAR THIS - 💙 I believe in you. 💙 I believe you can accomplish anything you want, no matter your circumstances. 💙 I believe you can build a business, even when it starts with ignorance on fire! 💙 I believe YOU can rise above the stereotype and be apart of something bigger. Something real. 💙 I believe that YOU can find the same peace + freedom + joy + fellowship that I have. But you have to jump! Never fear, my arms are out for you - but I'm not going to pull you off the edge.

Found sand and a swing with a view of the ocean. Confession. Sometimes on Fridays I work from bed. In sweats. And no bra or deodorant. It's glorious! 🙌🏼

After 48 hours of a stomach bug, it's time to play catch up.

I don't care how many bags it takes - this girl doesn't have ANY time to be sick!!

Thank you God that I can be with him on sick days! For every overwhelming moment of working from home with kids - it's this that makes it all worthwhile.
