1921 presents "Loud Enough So They Can Hear"
That's right, there's a new album on its way, and it's coming fairly soon. After the release of Waters, we felt we needed to go back to our roots a little bit, and we came up with the basic idea for our next concept album, "Loud Enough So They Can Hear". This album will be a little different from our last two, mainly due to the fact that it is not an EP, but a full length record. Featuring approximately twelve (12) songs, we hope to really showcase our abilities and sound in this album. "Loud Enough So They Can Hear" will be available somewhere around mid to late July, but there will be plenty of updates before then. For now, here are three demos that we leaked from the album for your listening pleasure.

You're really bad at keeping us updated.
We know. And while we are sorry about keeping you all in the dark these last few weeks, rest assured there is a big update coming on June 1st.
Thanks again to all of you who supported us through the release of Waters! For those of you who haven't listened to the album yet, you can find it here: 1921.bandcamp.com
Remember: June 1st! Update! 1921! Update! Tell your friends!
It's live! Our experimental album is up and running, just as we promised. We would really appreciate it if you could share it with your family and friends, and we thank you for the support throughout the writing process. We highly recommend that you download this album, as it was intended to be listened to as a complete album.
Feel free to contact us with any feedback you might have at [email protected]. Thank you all for being so wonderful.
Don't you guys have an album coming out soon or something?
Why yes, yes we do! Just a friendly reminder that our experimental album, "Waters", will be coming out this Saturday, April 27th! Also a reminder that this has not been or main project since "Trial and Error", only a little something on the side to help ourselves better learn how to use the resources that we have.
Waters is an experimental instrumental EP, featuring the lovely voice acting of our friend, Heather Lambert (madnessislikegravity). For those who are interested, we are aiming for a midnight release of "Waters", but there will still be posts about it during the day for easy access. it will, of course, be posted to our bandcamp page, 1921.bandcamp.com.
A cover of Radioheads "Fake Plastic Trees", at the Little Bean Coffee Bar.
Video taken by our good friend, Audiophonik, at our gig at the Little Bean Coffee Bar a few days ago. An original song written by Adrian Lavigne, titled "A Night at the Opera".
A gig!? No way!
Do you like music? Do you like supporting local bands? Then you may consider joining us at the Little Bean Coffee Bar on Sunday April 21st for our very first performance! Doors open at 7:00, and 1921 plays at 8:30. Tickets are $10 each and our supply is limited, so send us a message if you are interested in attending.
Woah, Look at this Post!
Hey everyone! I know it's been a while since we posted anything, but here is some news. We are setting the release date for Waters to be April 27th. Mark your calendars, I know you're excited.
We are also going to leak the album art done by our good friend Tessa Kohler.
Thanks again everyone, keep an eye out for leaks and other crap we post in the near future. And follow us on those things we have and tell your friends or something...
Here's a look into what we are working on right now. Taken directly from our upcoming album, "Waters". A bit different from what we are used to, but this has been a interesting and fun project so far.
Hello again, everyone! Yesterday we put this video together to promote/announce our next album, titled "Waters"! This project is very preliminary, and is unlike anything either of us have worked on before. Like our last album, Trial and Error, Waters will be an EP, approximately 20-25 minutes in length.
The music featured in this video is actually part of a track on Waters, but is only a small part of the album's general feel and instrumentation. We are looking to experiment on this album quite a bit, so bear with us as we post updates on our progress.
As far as a release date goes, we have only really scratched the surface of this project, but we can estimate that it'll be done sometime in April.
Thank you all again for your support, and remember to subscribe to our YouTube channel and follow us on Twitter if you haven't already. We really do appreciate it.
Thank You All...Now What?
Hello everyone! We thought we would take a moment out of our song writing schedules to say a quick (but huge) "thank you" to all of you who listened to the album, downloaded it, or shared it with your family and friends. You have all been extremely supportive through the release of Trial and Error, and we truly appreciate it. Now for the big question. What's next for 1921?
Well, we have a couple of ideas floating around at the moment, as well as an action plan for what we want to see 1921 become. We can't reveal too much right now, as our ideas are still very preliminary, but what we can say is that there will definitely be new material to come, ranging from upbeat rock songs (some of you may have heard our newest demo, "There's Cookies Upstairs"), to abstract/ambient ballads. We hope you will continue to support us as we meddle around in these musical experiments, and we appreciate any feedback you have for us.
That being said, we are both working very hard every day to bring you all new material and teasers, and can promise at least one teaser or update a week! Stay tuned for more updates like these, and thank you all once again for being such awesome people.
