Inky is based on Flyers! Vulture-like sized infected birds! Hence why the fucked up feathers and her face looking a bit skull like. She's a lot larger than her dad (RED Medic) because of this but she is smaller than Emesis Blue Medic (she's at shoulder height compared to him)
