Anime Boston 2026 Day 2

Another successful day of horrifying people with Nina. Shout out to all the FMA cosplayers who came to take photos. Especially the group of Lusts (and Envy) who literally came out of nowhere and turn our corner into a party.

I won’t be cosplaying on Sunday, but it was a blast meeting all the fellow fans of an anime that I hold dear.

Always so fun to find fellow FMA cosplayers. I also got to meet Aaron Dismuke (Alphonse’s VA), which was very sick.

Explaination: I came across a post with the concept and they asked for a 20+ chapter story of it so... The customer reader is always right

We have Toshinori Yagi (All Might) Starring as... Cinderella!

Hizashi Yamada starring as... Repunzel (and Sleeping Beauty's lover)

Rumi Usagiyama (Mirko) starring as... Mulan

Nemuri Kayama (Midnight) starring as... a badass version of Odette

And Shota Aizawa starring as... Sleeping Beauty! (And occasionally Snow White)

Concept: In a kingdom with multiple heroic princess, comes overwhelming chaos. Cinderella, being the buff princess that she is, took mattrs into her own hands and smashed her way out of her toxic steps family. Repunzel being the natural loud and energetic princess that she is, refused to stay hidden and sang to the world, hoping for her prince or princess charming to save her. Sleeping beauty eventually awoken from her slumber and sent her twelve dwarfs to rescue her princess from her tower, Repunzel. (Erasermic, sue me.) Odette (Swan Princess) became tired of being the usual damsel in distress and now rules on her thrown while looking effortlessly stunning and elegant. Mulan in a highly trained female warrior with a fierce style that can bring even the strongest men to shambles. These Royal heroes come together and do what they can to make Japan's kingdom a villain free environment.

Love that I'm surrounded by fellow weebs in the workplace. I'll be honest, I watched the first season (maybe two?) of Tokyo Ghoul in high school and I don't remember a damn thing about it. It's one of the very few manga that my sister owns, so maybe I'll read it to refresh my brain.

Had one of the best times at Anime Boston this year. It was a joy making people smile with my cosplay and handing out kitty cats to those lucky few who got some.

Shout out to the many FMA cosplayers I met. Especially the huge group we were able to gather for some awesome photos. I was able to get stabbed by two different Bradleys!!!
