Mandon Moore
"Mandon is a skilled warrior, but he is not loved by the smallfolk and he is not close to his fellow brothers of the Kingsguard. Jaime Lannister considers Mandon dangerous, as his face does not give away his intentions. Tyrion Lannister notes that Mandon is a man others would not follow."
"During the Battle of the Blackwater, Mandon is assigned to guard King Joffrey and Tyrion, the acting Hand of the King."
"...While fighting on a ship, Tyrion is in danger of falling into the Blackwater Rush. Mandon first offers his hand to save Tyrion, but the knight then slashes at the Hand, cutting off part of Tyrion's nose. Tyrion pulls himself onto the deck, but Mandon prepares to stab him in the throat. However, Podrick pushes Mandon into the Blackwater, where he sinks under the weight of his armor and drowns."
Maladon Moore
"When Queen Ceryse Hightower suddenly passed away in 45 AC, some alleged that King Maegor I Targaryen tried to have her tongue removed after a shrewish remark, and Maladon held her down while Ser Owen Bush accidentally slit her throat. However, this rumor was likely fabricated to further blacken Maegor's reign. When the king suspected Queen Tyanna of the Tower of treason, Maladon and Owen were dispatched to seize the queen and deliver her to the dungeons, where Maegor was said to have slain her while Maladon was present.
After Maegor died in 48 AC and his nephew King Jaehaerys I Targaryen took the Iron Throne, Maladon was accused of being involved in the death of Queen Ceryse, allegedly restraining her when Ser Owen accidentally killed her. Maladon denied these charges, insisting she died of "shrewishness". While the charges were never proven, Maladon lost his head for his involvement in Queen Tyanna's death, of which he was guilty."
Perianne Moore
"Perianne was a maiden of an age with Princess Saera Targaryen, attending the royal court at the Red Keep in King's Landing. In 82 AC, Perianne became a favorite and dearest friend of the princess, along with Alys Turnberry. Saera nicknamed Perianne "Pretty Peri"."
"In 84 AC, an incident occurred between Saera's male favorites and Tom Turnip, King Jaehaerys's fool, at the Blue Pearl, a brothel in King's Landing, something Jonah claimed had been the princess's idea. Perianne and Alys were woken in the middle of the night and questioned by Queen Alysanne, telling them to tell the truth or they would join their male friends in the dungeons. Before long, the girls were weeping and pleading for forgiveness, although their confessions said almost nothing about the incident they were being questioned about. Perianne explained that Saera had been teaching Alys how to kiss, and she asked to be taught to kiss too, to train for their future marriages."
"Hasty marriages were arranged for the two girls. Perianne, who was not pregnant, was wed to another of Saera's favorites, Jonah Mooton, the heir to Maidenpool. The king told Jonah that since he had played a part in Perianne's ruin, he should play a part in her redemption. The marriage was successful, and eventually Jonah and Perianne ruled together as Lord and Lady of Maidenpool."
