Meet Milo the Acrobat (The Freak Circus OC) 🎪
Biography :
Milo came to the circus many years ago. Nobody knows where he actually came from, the only thing that was known, Milo was found by Ticket taker. They noticed all his abilities that he’s capable and know his potential, they decided to keep him. To become like circus members, they offered him a human flesh so Milo became one of them. From now on, he’s working as an acrobat, making the exciting movements and make the audience amazed. However there’s someone, who didn’t want Milo to be around in the circus. Milo is very shy to the people when he’s not performing and tries not to contact with them, and somebody tries to talk to him, Milo instantly disappears and hides in the shadow. However despite of that, Milo is gentle and he can listen to anyone, if he’s with someone who he can trust and feel comfortable. He’s also a romantic person, who believes that love is exist which it makes him to think that one day, he’ll find out Harlequin is bullying Milo because of his “weakness” and “softness”, which it made him more scared and quiet when Harlequin is nearby. The only person that he can trust is Pierrot, he’s like an older brother to him and Milo is happy when they are chatting for everything about. No matter of the horrors which it happens in the circus, he tries to be useful for everybody.
Franco The Shy Clown 🤡
(Concept art)
(Final Design)
Meet Franco — a timid, melancholic clown.
Franco is a clown-monster and the sole positive character who assists the main character of the game in escaping the ill-fated circus of horrors.
Like his counterpart Piero, Franco fell in love with a girl, but not with Columbine - instead, it was an ordinary girl from the town. For him, it was love at first sight, and Franco attempted to catch her attention, though he was too bashful to confess his feelings. As a result, Columbine grew jealous of Franco's interest in the ordinary girl. The only thing she did was secretly kill the girl, dispose of her remains and clothes in the forest, and leave a gift for Franco (a paper flower) as a trophy or her own present, all while having to hide it from Franco to prevent him from discovering the horrifying truth.
Franco waited his beloved, wondering when she would come back. Months went by, but she never came, and Franco eventually realized that she wouldn't be coming, even though he didn't know the reason why.

Soo, I've had this quick idea and yeah-- Also I'm just sick of studying for my uni exams, I need some rest ToT
The Freak Circus is a really good game.
I wouldn't call it the 'best game ever made' or 'the greatest game of all time'— mostly because we tend to think of more traditional video games with that label (like Skyrim or Pokemon or Minecraft). It still is a game, of course— a visual novel!
In that regard I would call The Freak Circus more like a story, an interactive story that you are part of as the player. Stories can be complex, just as much as the characters within them. You can have really bad stories with hollow themes and one-dimensional characters, a pace that moves too quickly or slowly or plot points that make absolutely no sense.
But you can also have good stories— stories that have characters with their own feelings and perceptions and preferences, a compelling plot or world that immerses you, of conflicts and issues that feel organic and genuine as are the solutions to those issues. Sometimes good stories are messy. Sometimes they're painful. Often times, they bring out emotions from us because we can genuinely empathize with the characters and their pain, their joy, their anger.
And I would call The Freak Circus a really good story at its heart. Neko has done a fantastic job with telling a story about a group of traumatized individuals who have bonded with one another and have tried to make a life for themselves.... but that trauma has not healed. It is still there, still gripping each of them in different ways and severities. Grief is a horrible pain, one that I myself have experienced in many different ways (the loss of a family member, the loss of friendships, the loss of health or connection with people I've known), and it can do a lot of things to a person.
One could even say that grief is a theme of The Freak Circus, grief and autonomy and how they impact us and how we see the world and its peoples. How do you move forward when something horribly traumatic happens to you? When you've lost someone you've cared about? When you've been abused and starved?
All of the circus is grieving in some way or another, and all of them have some trauma with a sense of their own autonomy and their inherent right to it, to make decisions and have their own feelings on something.
And then there's you, the MC, the player character.
Through your actions and decisions, you can decide how this story may end— through the route that you follow, you can decide whether you fall for Pierrot, for Harlequin, for both of them at the same time or not at all. These are all separate routes, and each one handles these themes of grief and autonomy differently because these characters all have their own stories to tell and growth to go through.
If you happen to choose the route where you romance both Pierrot and Harlequin at the same time (a polyamorous route), they may also develop feelings for one another at same time. These feelings may have been there before, they also might not— these feelings may be romantic, but it’s up to the player on how they choose to interpret them.
If you don’t like the possibility that Pierrot and Harlequin could have romantic feelings for eachother AND you as the player character in that polyamorous route, then this game may not be the story for you.
There nothing wrong if that makes you uncomfortable and you choose to avoid it, you don’t need a reason to dislike it— but that possibility will be there in one of the four routes currently planned for the game. You as the MC choose how these character heal from their pain and trauma. How they grow and change as characters together and alone and with the MC.
Because this isn’t a dating game or an otome— it’s a visual novel. It’s a story, and it’s a damn good story at that. And your version of that story might be different from someone else’s and that’s okay. The fact that a possibility exists that two of these traumatized characters might find healing and forgiveness and romance in one another alongside the love and warmth of the MC at the same time in a polyamorous relationship is okay.
But if that possibility, the mere possibility genuinely upsets you, then I say with empathy, honesty and respect to your own mental health that you might need to go find another game that suits what you’re looking for.
My game is about many things, love, pain, suffering, differences, grief, hope, and trauma. But above all, my game deals with dark themes. There are many triggers, and I have always made it very clear that it is intended for adults, a mature audience. I have been very explicit about many of the things that may happen throughout this journey. There are many different types of endings that I am planning. There are bad endings, and very bad endings. There are endings for each character, and not all of them will necessarily be romantic. I will not promise anything to anyone, because my game is still in development. The script is not finished yet, and many things may change. Yes, there is an ending where the MC can be with both Harlequin and Pierrot at the same time, I have mentioned this several times, but I still have no certainty about how these things will play out. If this is something you cannot deal with, then perhaps my game is not for you. This game is my circus tent. It is my world. And I will tell this story in the way that feels right to me. So don’t tie yourself to my circus, if you can’t handle the monsters, it will be better for both of us. I'm staying away from Tumblr at the moment. There are many things I want to say, but my mind isn't in a good enough state to communicate them. Soon I'll have help dealing with Tumblr for The Freak Circus, because I can no longer handle it alone.

The Feak Hotel AU. Part 3.
It turned out a bit longer than expected, but that’s okay.
I hope you enjoyed the mini-comic, and I’m really sorry it took me a little while to make it. In Part 4 of the AU, I’ll only be adding Ticket Tacker and Doctor, so stay tuned.
By the way, the idea for this mini-comic came from a TikTok subscriber who suggested it. If you have any ideas or suggestions, I’m totally open to hearing them.
Something I find really funny and worth mentioning is that I didn’t put much effort into drawing most of the panels, except for the key moments, where I went all out with the detail, kind of like JoJo’s (even though I haven’t watched the anime).
Anyway, I’m also showing you a discarded sketch of Jester, and another sketch where my TikTok live subscribers asked me to draw myself with Doctor (my man) and I'm not kidding. My lives are very random. Special thanks to a subscriber who made me a drawing of me and Doctor, I loved it a lot. <3
