- School cancelled (next day, my brother got Covid in 2021 or smth and I got to quarantine (he was fine))
- A plush for my best friend (she’s going to be a scientist at NASA so I decided to manifest a snoopy astronaut plush for her! I forgot ab it until she texted me on her bday, with a pic of the plush in the front) (idk the time span cause she never told me when they found it, probably instantly)
- No jury duty! (Idk how to label this one. There was a specific day I had to call and I’d affirm up until the call, where they told me I wasn’t needed. So… instant? Probably)
- A cast member (on Smosh) I like showing up in a video (instant)
- New hoodies (instant)
- (During a heatwave) being cool outside (one-two days)
- Rain (varies)
- Posts blowing up (instant)
- Situations turning out favorable (it took a while because I was affirming in the future tense (“everything’s gonna be okay”) so… a few months, maybe?)
- Feeling okay (just did this one, so instant. My tummy was hurting cause I ate too much and I affirmed, like, twice, “I’m feeling great,” and now I’m feeling fine!)
- More that I’m just not remembering lol
Notice how many of these were instant? Yeah, manifesting IS that easy, dude! Take your desired off the pedestal you’ve erected because they’re already yours. Have fun manifesting, guys!!
Guys void state is easy. Most people do it accidentally. Just don't obsess over it and see it as something "minor" cause it is. Don't overcomplicate it for yourself. It's basically just focusing on your breathing and affirming that you're in a void, physically nowhere and everywhere at the same time, rejecting the physicality. Affirming that you're pure awareness (cause yeah that's absolute truth) Focus on your breath, while you're slightly drowsy, think of the things you desire (you might use a manifestation list it's a good "method") you'll get into the mediative state in no time. And then the void will follow it. It's the purest form of consciousness. You can always manifest anything and everything without using the void too. You don't have to be desperate. It's super easy I promise lol. (So is shifting, cause once you're in void shifting will occur with just a millisecond of your affirmation).
I beg you to quit perceiving The void state or manifesting, or shifting as "the big thing". They're not the purpose they're the tool. You don't need to be obsessed, desperate, fixated on it. The only reason that you "can't " get into the void state is cause you don't let yourself BE. you're making it harder for yourself. It's literally just perceiving it as something simple, the way it is, IS SIMPLE. it's a natural thing. Let it happen. Let it go.
I think this is the "most solid" advice I can give to y'all. The way void state, shifting, manifesting happens as naturally and effortlessly as the every night dreams happen. Try to see it that way.
okay i need to talk about SATS because i feel like it's either completely overlooked or so overcomplicated that people give up on it before they even try it properly.
SATS stands for state akin to sleep. that's it. it's just the drowsy state right before you fully fall asleep where your mind is relaxed enough that your subconscious is basically wide open. Neville used this specific window because in that state your critical mind is basically off. the part of you that hears "i have my dream job" and immediately goes "no you don't" is too tired to argue back.
so whatever you feed your mind in that state goes in without resistance.
and that's the whole point.
here's what actually happens when you do it right. you lay down at night, you get comfortable, you let yourself get genuinely drowsy, not wide awake trying to focus, actually drowsy. and then you play a small scene in your mind. something short, something that implies your desire is already done. not a long movie, just a moment. your friend congratulating you. opening your front door to your dream apartment. looking in the mirror and seeing exactly what you want to see.
you loop that scene. same scene over and over, feeling it as real as you can, until you drift off.
that's it.
but here's where people go wrong. they turn it into a performance. they try too hard to visualize perfectly. they stress about whether they're feeling it correctly. they stay wide awake running through the scene with so much pressure that they completely miss the whole point of the technique which is relaxation and receptivity.
your subconscious doesn't need a perfect HD visualization. it needs repetition and feeling in a relaxed state. that's the whole mechanism.
and the reason this works so well is because you spend the entire night in that assumed state. you fall asleep in it. your last conscious thought is your wish fulfilled. and your subconscious just marinates in that assumption for hours while you sleep.
Neville said to sleep as though your desire was already real. not to try and manifest before you sleep. to actually close your eyes already being the person who has it.
that shift in how you approach it changes everything.
so tonight instead of trying to make something happen, just let yourself get sleepy, pick one small scene that implies it's done, and loop it until you're out.
I’m 22 and I genuinely never thought I’d be writing one of these.
Before entering the void, I was obsessed with the idea that certain people could manifest others into it. I truly believed someone else could push you there. So when I saw Pink’s experiment, I thought, Perfect. This is finally going to do it for me.
It didn’t.
Absolutely nothing happened.
At first I was disappointed, but that failure ended up changing my entire life because it forced me to realise that no one was coming to save me.
Manifesting for others into the void is impossible because your consciousness is YOURS. Nobody can think for you, assume for you, or enter awareness for you. My life was entirely in my own hands and I had been acting powerless the whole time.
That realisation slapped me awake.
For 3 days straight, I simply affirmed: “I enter the void state effortlessly.” “I am pure consciousness.” “The void state is natural for me.”
That’s all I did.
On the third night, I laid down repeating my affirmations lazily and suddenly my body disappeared. Completely. I couldn’t feel my limbs, my breathing, nothing. There was only awareness floating in endless silence.
I had entered the void.
The second I realised where I was, I affirmed everything I wanted as DONE and exited.
When I woke up the next morning, my life was unrecognisable.
Not movement or birds before land. No bridge of incidents.
Everything had manifested INSTANTLY.
My dream sports car parked outside my building
A luxury apartment I somehow now had the keys to
Thousands deposited into my bank account
My ideal physique
Clear skin and thick hair
My dream girlfriend
Designer clothes and watches
A high-paying remote job
Confidence so intense people stared at me differently
My anxiety completely gone
A new friend group
Travel opportunities already lined up
Constant validation and attention everywhere I went
It felt like I had shifted into an entirely different reality overnight.
The craziest part is how NORMAL it all felt.
So yes, the void is real. And yes, your entire life can change in a single night.
But the biggest lesson I learned is this:
Stop waiting for someone else to hand you your power.
Hi Scarlet, it's Blessing here! So after procrastinating sleep paralysis for so long, I decided to give it a try, and this time I promised not to move an inch until I succeeded. Basically, I've entered the state of hypnagogia aware every single night, and I didn't know what it was until I read about it somewhere. Anyways, I laid down in a starfish position and just went to bed. When I'm in a starfish position, it's pretty hard for me to fall asleep, so I was good to go. I stayed aware through all of the hypnagogic imagery until my body started vibrating like I was sitting on a generator. That was a sign I was almost in sleep paralysis. I stayed calm and very still as my body continued vibrating. When the vibration stopped, I realised that I was now in sleep paralysis. I tried to move, but my body wouldn't move an inch. I tried to remain calm, and I just affirmed to be calm, so i became calm. I started affirming for my waiting room, and I shifted there within 20 seconds or less.When I got to my waiting room, I was excited and started exploring. While exploring, I met this woman who claimed she was my mother. That was how I discovered from her that I wasn't from this reality and this wasn't a waiting room. I always had the memory of this place as my waiting room, but it turns out it was a very special place my family and I often came to, created by my ancestors to manifest in that reality. She started telling me all sorts of things, and I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. She asked to take me home, and I agreed.
We shifted to my actual reality, and I found out that I shifted here as a kid. They noticed I shifted and had been looking for me ever since because they're spiritualists. My actual reality is amazing asf! And I wanna stay there forever, but I also don't wanna leave here just yet. I have to take care of my siblings and myself. After exploring my actual reality for a while, I decided to go back home, but not before my actual reality mother gave me a gift. When I woke up (as in shifted back) to my current reality, everything was still the same, except I wasn't owing any loan any longer. I called several places to confirm it, and they said that I'd cleared my loan yesterday? Man, I was broke asf yesterday. I then realised that this could be the gift mum gave to me, but it was only when I slept this afternoon that I realised I'd become a master lucid dreamer also. I lucid dream literally every time I slept, and I slept four times today.I love my new mom so much, and I'm very thankful for her gift. Now that I know it's not a waiting room, I don't need the void state anymore, because whatever I affirm in this place manifests instantly for me. But because it's for my family's use only, I can only manifest things that pertain to me alone. Apparently, my family have been deep in spiritual practices for ages, and I've been here so long that I forgot everything. My real name is Meretheia, and I have wealthy ass parents, a cool job, I live in the safest country and planet ever, and I'm permashifting as soon as I'm done here. This is such a dumbfounding thing to discover, and I'm so glad my real family reached out to me.
They've been trying to reach me for years, and now they finally did!I kind of knew I wasn't from here, I would wake up sometimes with the same dream of what I thought was my waiting room over and over for over 10 years trying to figure out what it meant, spiritualists would tell me weird things that I didn't understand about my real home and it wasn't until now that everything started making sense! anyways I have a magic place and you don't😭😭 I don't give af about the void state anymore. but I could change my mind. again this is not a void success story! oh one more thing, believe it or not in my home reality the void state is very useless and they're are more than one ways to manifest Instantly but ofc it mostly exists only over there. this is your sign to stop depending on the void! literally stop it! as someone who was very obsessed with it, it does more harm than good if you're not careful of how you see it. HOW TO MANIFEST A CHANGE IN YOUR BODY
1. Decide what you want to look like (body-wise).
Want to be thinner? okay. thicker? okay. Envision your dream body. How small is your waist? How small are your hips or butt? How large are your arms? How large are your breasts? If you want to go deeper and remember or write down the exact measurements of your waist, hips, thighs, etc, you can!
2. Decide that you have it
Once you decide it’s yours, ITS IS YOURS. You don’t have to do anything but believe that it’s yours. No workouts or anything like that. No Affirming day in and day out if you’re not someone who prefers to affirm your manifestations, you can just decide that it is yours and it is, i like to call this the “forgetting method” because you just forget all about it after you decide it, and it shows up in the 3d. However if you’re someone who uses affirmation as a manifestation method rather than just forgetting about it, i would recommend these methods⬇️
3. (Optional) Affirm & Manifest!
What makes me feel most confident in my ability as a master manifestor, as well as confident in my desires appearing in the 3d, is affirmations, subliminals, and vision boards.

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want
by the way, manifest something "unrealistic". telekinesis, magic wand, the ability to fly or talk to animals. there’s nothing difficult about randomly remembering once a day that you can fly, right? let your subconscious know that you can literally do anything
PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it

MENTAL DIET
it’s better, of course, to decide that negative thoughts don’t arise in you, but if they do arise, replace them with positive ones. pay attention to your inner conversation. again, if a negative thought arises, immediately replace it with a positive one. replace one negative thought with 10 positive ones

something like this. have you read those posts about the mental diet, the link to which i left at the top? don't forget about such a wonderful thing as revision. if you forgot about the mental diet and indulged in negative thoughts all day, then just change your memories. “i’m so proud that i only had positive thoughts today”
LIAR
there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the “truth” out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an “honest” answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesn’t exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment
“i hope i enter the void before friday” >>> “wait a minute. so i already enter the void every night. i just need to close my eyes for two seconds and i immediately induce pure consciousness”
“i've been applying the law of assumption for a week now, but nothing has changed” >>> “what the hell week? i literally have lucid dreams my whole life and wake up in the void state, in sleep paralysis and the desired reality 5 times a night”

if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods

Manifesting from the void is real. It's actually real y'all!!.I woke uo with my ideal life today. It has only been a few hours and I'm still in shock so please ignore any grammatical errors and typos 🙃
Okay so last night I was sad af. I looked at my life and how long I've been trying to enter the void (been trying since the first void state post in 2021 🤧). I felt like such a loser. My favorite bloggers from that time moved on and stopped posting a long time ago. I've seen all the drama, scandals, and exposes that has happened over the years, I've seen my friends and manifesting buddies manifest their dream lives with or without the void and I'm still here. This last one hit me the hardest. I kept thinking if everyone else could do it then what's wrong with me? My friends probably got tired of giving me advice and telling me to keep going. I cried so much last night. If you looked at me you would have thought someone died. After I cried I fell asleep and had a dream. I can't really remember what it was about but I remember someone telling me not to give up over and over again. When I woke up I could still hear the voice telling me the same thing. I realized that I couldn't move bc I was in sleep paralysis so I took some deep breaths and calmed down. When I felt I was calm enough I began affirming I AM. That's the only affirmation I used. I like the world was slowly fading away then I got excited and I snapped back to reality. I was out of sleep paralysis at this point and I felt like I had wasted my opportunity to enter the void. I forced myself to stay still in bed and I got sleep paralysis again. I followed the same steps but this time I was calm so when I felt the world fading I did my best to ignore it until I felt sucked into the void. The transition was crazy. I was affirming then a second later I was sucked into the void. After all these years I finally reached the void. I'm telling you it's the most peaceful feeling in the world. I had a whole list written so I just said I have everything I wrote on my list then I woke up. Even though I imagined this moment a million times nothing could have prepared me for how it actually feels in real life. I can't explain the joy I felt when I saw the things I saved on Pinterest when I first found out about the void. Everything I've been wanting for years is finally mine. Even though it took me a while it was totally worth it. All the bitter tears I cried, all the times I gave up, and finally after almost 5 years I'm finally living the life I deserve.

I think it’s easy to discredit manifestation successes as ‘coincidences’ when they don’t come to you exactly how you envisioned them to.
I recently manifested a drawing tablet I’ve had my eye on for a while, and I’ve been going back and forth with myself on whether I actually manifested it because I paid for it, rather than getting it for free. But, honestly? Manifestation successes are opportunities to achieve your desire as much as they are actually achieving your desire, y’know? I could’ve manifested the tablet for free, sure, but during the manifesting I’ve been doing, the tablet dropped to being %40 off, an it was enough incentive for me to go ahead with the purchase. Idk maybe I’m just trying to cope because I spent $200, (would’ve been over $300), but this is how I’m viewing it. Either way, I’m getting the tablet I’ve wanted forever.
