I have a documentary project due in 2 weeks. I have a hyper fixation on DJs and night life so go figure I would choose to to do my project on a local DJ. I waited til the last minute to ask for access and my original choice never responded to me. That's cool a little rejection added fuel to the fire under my ass, so without stressing I found a community event with two DJs. I chose her because her music sets were just so good. House music and ghetto tech 👩🏾🍳💋
She was down so that meant we were in business. I did a pre-interview/debrief and she invited me to her show that night. Some things happened so I went alone in all my nervous glory. I wanted to debut the blue hair so the face card had to match.
I met so many different people and I recorded them. It's amazing how far I got leading with audacity. When guys got to close I told them I was at work. The DJ was such a doll and I can't wait to join her again. She had me dancing and socializing all night.
