this was heavily inspired by our interest in crochet being a part of our identity; we refer to ourselves as a crocheter rather than as 'someone who crochets'. you see it a lot on the internet where people will define themselves as a participant of their hobby (think gamers, readers, writers, crafters, etc.).

this flag template is specifically for hobbies/interests which one defines themself as a participant of to others.
