Get the main post stuff over closer to the flags - priority, because Shel ruined it. D: Shel is doofus.  Fixed it, haha! I do want to resize that some though.

Put up solid BGs for desc. div and body div (+ a div behind that; make body div fixed with an auto overflow.)

Solid bgs for tower links. Oop. XD; Simple enough.

RIBBONS FOR TOP + BOTTOM OF DIVS (extra link and news marquee ribbon)

      To put alongside desc (left-aligned - Shel wil do~)

right bottom corner of desc will be devoted to character of the whenever-we-change-it, or random character. Will send out template. :P Shel can code this. It's image alignment+randomization, with any luck! Six examples:
