BACKSTORY
Felicity is the youngest of three children to her wealthy, country club member parents. As the youngest, you'd think she'd be the favorite right?

Felicity, while given the same lifestyle and schooling as her siblings, was more often than not brushed aside in favor of her brother and sister. She wasn't neglected, per say, but her achievements weren't as celebrated nor were any of her birthdays given a lot of thought. Once her father even forgot how old she was turning that year. Felicity is grateful for the life she grew up with, but she wishes she had even half of the attention of her siblings. This lead her to often wonder if they would miss her or even notice if she just stopped showing up to family events.
She went to college for business and ended up dropping out to focus on becoming an actress. Ended up doing really well as a model after getting scouted a year later, surprisingly on the same day she took her headshots. Her parents were really disappointed and ended up ignoring her even more after, even during the holidays.
She has two nephews (her brother's kids), and her sister is pregnant. Also, despite the fact that Felicity is not as involved in family functions anymore, it just means that she knows a LOT of family secrets.
Felicity met Oswald at an art auction. Coincidentally, one he was also planning to steal from later in the night. Since the Veronica incident, Felicity had to be the one to approach him. He didn't trust her at first, not for a little while, but she liked him. She started to call him at times, asking if he would be attending certain events, while also asking him politely not to steal if he was. She was a bit persistent as well as oblivious to his reluctance at her obvious attraction, as he knew that a man who looked like he did didn't often get the attention of beautiful women. But as time went on, Oswald realized that Felicity's attraction actually seemed genuine. He began to treat her to dinners or the theater. Not long after their third real date did they become official.
