Wander No More on Steam

Wander No More is a Kinetic Novel (a visual novel without any choices) which centers around the life of Kouichirou Nabatame, a renowned samurai, and Chiyo, a young village girl. Wander No More tells the story of how these two met, became a family, and attempted to restore their lives to what they once were.

You can now hear me in the voiced version of Wander No More on Steam!  I play the Elderly Woman near the beginning of this visual novel.  There’s a very talented cast who worked on this, and it’s free, so you really have no excuse to not check it out!

Zodiac•Axis is a fantasy-fusion visual novel focused on suspense, romance, and Asian-inspired supernatural elements. It centers around a tabloid journalist who’s assigned to investigate six unusual targets. A light and fluffy adventure ensues in which she:

Is almost crushed by a chandelier.

Finds herself in a burning house.

Witnesses an execution.

And somewhere along the lines, she starts to think that journalism is a lot more complicated than she expected.

I only forgot one other thing that goes here, okay.  This is an important one however, because it’s my first audiobook.  It’s a very short guide to different types of anxiety and the best treatments.  From my own struggles with it, I can say it’s very accurate.

I’ll start off catching up on my projects with this link.  I voice two characters in this game, and it’s up for greenlighting on Steam right now!  I know it looks a bit like another game.  This, however, is a non-”adult” project.

As I noted on my all-encompassing VA account, many apologies for leaving this quiet for a while.  My computer had a meltdown a few months back, and once I had literally everything reinstalled I completely forgot to look here.

You can now get Lucid9 on Steam!  It’s free, so you have no reason not to download it now.  If you’d prefer to play it when we have the voiced version finished, at least you’ll be able to catch the update quickly!  I think.  ngl I just got Steam last night...

So apparently now the fundraising for Acidic is on Indiegogo.  I’m just voice acting in it, I’m not one of the producers so I don’t know all the details for this most recent switch.  This visual novel needs to happen, though.  …And no, not just because it’s the first project someone offered to pay me to act in.

I know the description doesn’t say a whole lot about the VN itself.  I think they’re trying to avoid spoilers for funders, but really, it helps to know why it’s a worthy project outside of awesome inspiration, art, and well known VAs, right?

From some Google-fu I did, the original full title of this VN is Acidic: A Story of Stories.  I don’t know if they’ve decided to drop the subtitle, but I think it speaks for what to expect from it.  There’s also this snipit from a recruiting post at LemmaSoft:

Acidic is a visual novel about stories, where they came from, the people in the stories, and why they are so important. Our protagonist, is Acid Von Treyos, crazy name, I know. Acid is a special type of person, he’s immortal. Acid is a race you probably have not heard of. He is what is known as an Erzähler. An individual capable of jumping between stories, altering them, and occasionally, creating them. There are twelve of them. Often by those who know they exist, they are known as Die Zwölf. Acid is very irresponsible. He alters stories irresponsibly, causing them to be absolute rubbish. He, has to fix them, when he screws them up. However he has his own story, where whatever he wants to happen, happens. This is where a big chunk of the game takes place. That is all I can explain to you because anymore details, and that would delve into the region of spoilers, and we don’t want that.

This is over a year old so a few details may have changed, but I think you can get a general gist of just what your money will be going toward.  Please support AND share!  This can’t happen without getting the word out!
