the apartment of the legacy founder. her name is Natasha Pruett. I really love the traditional style of this apartment. it's worth around 40,000, and I bought it with cheats and then bought her a car so she was only left with about 400 simoleans. she's living in Bridgeport right now, but I think I may move her out once she's married and her first kid is born.
I'm going to be starting up a new legacy now that it's summer!

Adriana's modern one bedroom apartment in Bridgeport. It's the first modern design that I've done and I actually really love it. I tried making her bedroom modern in the fact that it's a twist on classic with the chair with classic lines that's clear and a classic sleigh bed with a tufted headboard/footboard and the armoir thing that's overly modern, so you guys should tell me how it turned out? I can upload some more pictures as well.
you really don't need all of this CC. I spent close to 12 hours finding it all (hey makers, it would be great if you could put your name on the thumbnails of the stuff that you slaved over. and maybe on the left side so that it's not covered by the custom content tag in-game?). I highly suggest that you at least get the sliders because they're fabulous and they make all your sims pretty etc etc. change her up as much or as little as you want in-game. use her in your legacies and stories, too! tag my url or her name, because I'll have both tracked. thank you guys!

don't get too excited though; it's just a sim, but I should be getting custom content for my first house together (it's much easier than a sim, which has taken me 11 hours to do off and on; and counting). Hopefully this stuff will continue with sims and homes, because I really enjoy making them, and it's easy enough to make them for download. Where should I put them for download though? It seems that Mediafire has a bunch of viruses that pop up in "ads", and I've had someone say that box gives them issues. any preferences?

I love her so much. she's a cutie. yay body sliders. her name is Kay Dee and she's basically my new selfsim and she's like super accurate but she's a lot cuter than I am. All of her outfits are really cute, and she's even living in a little mock-up of my apartment! I'll post more pictures later, don't worry.
Where do you download your horse stuff, and how do you get windows and doors in the game? I downloaded some and put them in my launcher, but they don't show up in my game.. ):
If the file is a .package file, there is a tutorial for downloading these on the modthesims.info site. I would get the link for you, but I'm on the mobile app. I get most equine-related things from equine-sims (url recently changed). There are tons of great creators on there, and great content. Plus, it's a super active site with helpful staff members.

From the elegant, custom, Spanish-styled pool to the party loft and two master bedrooms, La Casa, as its owners like to call it, is a sprawling abode full of windows, open living spaces, and large rooms. Even the back garden uses space wisely, and is even complete with a pond!

previews from my new lot, currently unnamed, before it goes up on equus. it probably will be up for public download, but more information on that will be up later. five "regular" 6x7 stalls, two larger 6xsomething else stalls, two of the 6x7s have larger runs. two large pastures, one huge, gorgeous covered arena with great lighting. I started building this over winter vacation, took a break, and started it up again a couple of weeks ago. go ahead and send any questions in an ask! I still have some tweaks to make before I make the official post on equus, but it's pretty close to getting there.
