NotCon Prize Table: White Elephant Edition

Christmas morning comes early this year at NotCon! 

Come to Christmas Morning Breakfast Saturday evening and get your presents!

1. Pajamas not required, by highly encouraged. 

2.Order of numbers in the White Elephant will be determined by achievement points 

3. The first shall be last: the person with the most points get's the privilege of the last swap.

Swap Rules: 1. Take a wrapped gift

2. Keep and unwrap OR trade for a previously unwrapped gift    

a. The person who has been swapped with then unwraps the gift they just got

3. The person who picked first gets to trade one more time at the very end

When superheroes are involved you can’t expect us to use average words?! Instead of 25 standard word cards comic books will be used as the grid of answers.

Daily Planet Newspaper

Hello Fellow NotCon folks!

Whether you're going to make it to NotConX this year, or will be using your secret decoder ring to tune in from afar, all of us are NotCon alumni down to the core. Yes, even first years. Each of us are full of knowledge of creativity that sometimes are close to bursting out through various media.

Well, The Daily Planet needs you to stick a newspaper in front of whatever orifice is spewing creativity! Similar to last year's four edition run of The Daily Prophet, four issues of The Daily Planet (and other newspapers) will be at NotConX. That means we're looking straight at the brightest stars in the sky (all of you, silly) to help fill its columns! Articles, comics, fun facts, statistics, trivia - anything fit to print - that you'd like to contribute would be absolutely awesome!

NotConX is about a month away, so please e-mail me back as soon as possible to let me know about what you'd like to contribute / attaching the same. I'm hoping Brian Bonfoey will be gracious enough to let me use his printer, again, for the special editions.

As a side note, of course each edition will have a puzzle in it for prizes. (Possibly called The Riddler's Reader, or something like that.) Everyone is welcome to pick up copies, hot off the presses, each morning (or later, whenever you wake up - 11:30 AM is still morning!).
