Worked on a movie set last year and met Kristin Wiig, Darren Criss, Anette Bening and Matt Dillon. Kristin was an absolute sweetheart, so tiny in person;… Darren Criss was GENUINELY the nicest guy I’ve ever met. We were filming until like 3 AM in NYC in freezing weather and he was just bouncy and cute and having a great time. Afterwards when all the crew had to stay to clean up, he hung around for a while and even helped.

The fact that literally everybody who has ever had the chance to talk with Darren or only to meet him passing by always says that he’s the nicest and kindest person ever, especially in this businnes. This will always make me the happiest fan ever. We are so lucky to have him. He really and truly cares about his job and his fans. I’ll always be grateful for this.

My favorite Darren story: So Darren gets Eastwick and then gets Glee, which is great, and then, I work a lot with Walt Disney Imagineering and they needed voices for a new ride in Disneyland called Star Tours, they cast Darren to be a background voice. Darren comes in the office and I said “I need to see you in the Conference room” which means he automatically thinks he’s in trouble. We get into the Conference room and I say “I know you’re really excited about Glee, but you’re going to be doing the voice on the Star Tours” I’m telling you the scream! He’s nothing but a big nerd! His entire reaction was just “oh, my god! Oh, my god!” When he did the session, he had the time of his life.
