Anything with Denki Kaminari? Maybe studying or training together? OwO
Hehe, I had a lot of fun with this one! Thank you for the request!
Studying with Denki
Bless you
Seriously, studying with this boy is more difficult than any training you had to do at UA.
āMC, Iām hungry.ā
āDenki, you just ate lunch.ā
āYeah, but Iām still hungry.ā
Heās not.
Youāll have to bring him snacks just so he doesnāt excuse himself out of his lessons- or so he doesnāt actually get hungry.
A hungry Denki is not a pleasant Denki, after all.
Youāll also have to make sure youāre somewhere quiet, away from his friends and from training. Once he sees someone he knows from Class 1-A, heās already gone off to do something else.
You learned that the hard way
Because of all the rules you came up with during your tutoring sessions, heāll complain that you baby him too much. But donāt worry, he loves it.
Someone? Bringing him food?
And paying attention to him? Without having to annoy them relentlessly?
This boy is living.
Math is his worst subject, and he will start falling asleep as soon as you read out the problems.
āThere is a proportional relationship between the amount of drills Hana completes, in x, and for how many hours she- Denki!ā
And heās asleep.
Donāt worry, one hit on the head with your textbook and heāll be wide awake.
Denki does have his moments, though.
His strongest subject is Japanese, and while he sometimes struggles with grammar, he can often guess what the writerās intention was and read the characterās emotions pretty well!
āAnd what do you think the author was trying to convey in the chapter?ā
āWell, while the woman was laughing and talking with her sister, the walls were described as being worn out with a faded green color combined with dusty, blue curtains. There was also three glasses of wine instead of two, meaning that she was nervous or stressed from her sisterās company. The author could be telling us that the woman tries to live happily on the outside and wants to prove to her sister that sheās successful as heir to her fatherās business, but on the inside sheās crushed from the external pressure of thriving in society and suffers from crippling anxiety.ā
ā...Wow. Thatās... amazing, Denki! How did you figure all that out from the setting?ā
āWhatās a setting?ā
However, itās not all bad!
After struggling with him to complete his assignments, heāll offer to buy you food in return!
āYou can pick anything you want! My treat!ā
ā...ā
āBut uh, maybe nothing too expensive. I kinda spent all my money last week on my new skateboard...ā
Oh, and heāll definitely try to cook you something himself!
After begging his mom to teach him how to cook bc of course this boy doesnāt know how to cook he brings you a small bento during your snack break.
āYeah, my mom- I mean, I made this myself! F-For all your hard work, of course!ā
Cue blushing Denki.
The food might be good, it might be bad. Either way, just smile at him. Itāll make him feel happy and accomplished :)
Speaking of happy, even though you always see him smile in class and with his friends, when heās around you, his smile turns softer, more gentle, and his eyes never quite focus on yours.
He gets nervous around you when youāre not studying, because youāre hanging around him without being forced to?
And you like it??
His admiration and love grows for you everyday you continue to be his friend. Seriously, he might not outright say it, but it means the world to him that you so care about him.
