So inviting....
How many miles per gallon do you suppose this one gets? Oats and or water?
When you need to take everything.....
Quite the setup....
The Cricket is handy at home and when traveling. This little baby loads into the back of most SUVs. The back seat folds down to make an are to haul mulch, plants or laundry.
No washer or dryer?
COCONUT CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 1/3 c butter, room temp 8 oz cream cheese, room temp 3 c granulated sugar 6 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 3 c flour 2 c shredded flake coconut Glaze 2 c powdered sugar 2-3 T milk Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray and dust bundt pan with nonstick oil and flour. Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, vanilla, salt and baking powder while continuing to beat. using mixer on low, add flour and coconut. Do not over beat. Bake 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick cones out clean. Ovens vary as mine baked in just over 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes while making the Glaze. Whisk the powdered sugar with only enough of the milk to make a smooth glaze. Glaze cake while still warm.
VINTAGE RVs....happened upon a wonderful gathering of vintage RVs at the KOA in Branson Mo last weekend. August 4-6. This is only a small sampling of the 90 plus gathered for the event. All were wonderful! This was a fun event and is held the first weekend of August every year at this location.
