Well, it’s quite simple, actually.
Extended usage of the Time Twister has resulted in temporal displacement of my body’s aging and metabolism. Technically, I’m still aging, just very slowly. On top of that, Lord Uka’s magic has been keeping me alive well past my “expiration date”, giving the impression of what you would call immortality.

Oh, it’s not all glamorous, doctor. My immune system is slowed down as well. If I get sick or injured, it takes ages to heal. My skin has lost all warmth because of my adaptation to the cold of space. Watching empires rise and collapse.
