Chapter thirteen! Finally!
I'm away from home for at least the next few days so no AF attacks or revenges during that time until I get back. I'm admittedly pretty lacklustre at AF every year anyway but it's just for fun who cares. Just lettin anyone who cares know
I'm projecting a bit (as I always am) but I reckon Kevin was probably a kid who came into Playcare through a lot of trauma that involved a lot of legal proceedings. So he understood the concept of human rights, personal autonomy and what constitutes a sex crime. So he comes into Playcare hurt and paranoid in an environment where children are being disappeared and the staff are acting suspicious and connects the dots that something bad is happening. This kid is accusing staff of trying to sell children into sex slavery which would be almost kind of funny if he weren't too young to be someone who should know what that means and also if he weren't so close to being right.
So Kevin tries really really hard to do well at the game station so that he'll at least be sold to a rich family who'll pay a lot of money for him. Fully thinking he's one step ahead of the game. Of course we know what happens as a result of his high scores.
Thinking. If I were to choose a theme song for L&L rn it'd have to be this (flash warning for the mv). Every lyric feels perfect and I love the sound
