Day of the Dead is such an important holiday
and itâs supposed to bring you closer to your dead loved ones so you never forget them and donât feel sad that theyâre gone bc they come back!
And you bake bread and make food and make a little altar with all the stuff they like and lots of flowers and pretty decorations and a dog to protect them
So when white people make it into some cool and hip spiritual thing and mix it with Halloween itâs just like a slap in the face
So donât do that
If youâre not Latin American you shouldnât be doing anything with day of the dead because itâs not your holiday (and you canât be invited or anything either)
So stop? Please? Itâs really annoying and hurtful
