Turbo Takeoff week is going well, so far! I’m on Day 1 and the food is pretty tasty. The smoothies and snacks are really helping me to get through the day. And the loaded baked potato is A+.

My Journey
I've been everything from a size 4 to a size 14. At the moment, I'm at the higher end of that range.
Usually, when I try to lose a few, my plan involves strict grocery shopping and meal preparation, as well as an intense workout regimen. It works. I've had abs, toned legs, and thin arms. BUT... it works short term. I tend to crash diet and push my body to the limit, with exercise. Then I crash and gain everything back. (As seen in the attached photo).
This time around, I'm enlisting the help of Nutrisystem. Their program allows dieters to eat a large variety of foods while teaching portion control. It's not a crash diet. I plan to lose slowly, and learn how to actually eat.
Starting Stats:
Height: 5'7
Weight: 165
Goal: 135
I've just received my order of Nutrisystem Basic: Favorites Pack.
This blog will be a log of my progress, and thoughts on the program.
