I spent the last two weeks crying over a girl and a relationship, then I woke up this morning and realized something... This time last year I was dying, I was just diagnosed with cancer and started the initial steps on trying to save my life and live past 24. And now this day exactly a year later I'm still alive, declared cancer free and in remission. I beat a sickness that claims countless lives each yeah and I'm upset over a girl? Fuck that I'm happy to be alive, I'm happy to wake up every morning and do what I love. I'm happy with the people who have been by my side since day one and continue to put up with shit no matter what I'm doing. I don't have time to be upset, I have to make up for a whole year that I lost and make the best of my second chance, my second life. I'm still here that's all that matters, if she comes back hell I'll try again why not. But I'm not gonna stew over it, shit just ain't worth it rn
