Thank you all for the love 💕 I’m actually pretty shy but for AFROPUNK I had to channel my inner golden flower child. 🌸✨ AFROPUNK basically marks the end of the summer and I’m so sad because it feels like it basically flew by. I’m excited and saving up to be able to head to AFROPUNK in another city next year (maybe Paris?). Reminiscing & counting down to my next vacay... 35 days No one ever talks about how hard it is to get a perfect pic when traveling solo. Here are my tips: 1. Don’t be afraid to ask someone to take your photo 1a. Ask someone who’s part of a group, couple, and look like tourists who won’t be inclined to run away with your camera or phone. 2. Look for someone who has a DSLR - they may be a photographer who knows how to set up a killer photo 3. Set up the scene and show them the exact photo you want. Take a picture of the background and show it to them. Ask them to recreate it. 4. Travel with a mini tripod if you’re about that life (I’m usually not). 5. Ask multiple people to take your photos. While it may take a while, you’ll eventually get one that you like. 😂 6. Don’t be afraid to pose for a cheesy selfie 🤳 #tbt (at Paris, France)

After four months I’ve finally found my passport. It was hiding in the most unlikely place in my house.
