What did she want? If she wanted my Time Pieces, I didn’t have any to give her! Not that I’d hand them back over so easy! After I got out of her metro like she told me to, I was kinda hoping she forgot about me. But, like with everyone else, I had a feeling she’d seen me a lot more recently than I’d seen her!

… I couldn’t think of anything that would really stop her from wanting to kill me. So I turned right around and started to run!

Another game of cat and mouse? Normally, she would be more than happy to play. However, without any grunts in her ‘family’ and a lack of knowledge with this city? This could certainly go poorly fast.

Nevertheless, Empress began running after her. She was her only lead on figuring out where she was. Also getting what was rightfully hers back. Granted, one was prioritized over the other presently.

“And what are you supposed to be? Did you get lost on your way to granny’s cottage, child?” she chided, having to lean over a hair just to look at the girl. Certainly one of the stranger ones she’s seen. Not that she was particularly very used to the ‘humans’ yet anyways. She mostly stuck to her own planet where cats were everywhere. Still, after her run-in with another child, she at least knew what they were. 

Well, at the very least, she thinks these two are both humans. It’s the only thing she can find that matches the description.

“Well. Well. Well. If it isn’t my favorite errand girl.” Each word oozed malice as sharp claws clicked against stone. Of all the people she’d expected to see post-kidnapping, the one that robbed her of her bounty was certainly not one of them. Not that she particularly minded the opportunity to finally get her vengeance on the girl.

Grin stretched her scarred visage, baring sharp fangs down at the child before her.

“You’d better have a very good reason I shouldn’t use you as a scratching post here and now, child.”
