The PB&J That Took Me Two Days to Make
Large family Dinner! Comfort food made easy.
🇬🇭 Delicious Egg & Spinach Stew | Palava Sauce kinda| Recipe | Lovystouch
Cool, creamy, peach-packed, and impossible to put down.
Here are the ingredients:
* 3 cups frozen peach slices
* 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
* ⅛- ¼ cup granulated sugar, optional (if you want a sweeter flavor)
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1 pinch ground nutmeg
For Garnish: Peach compote, crushed cookies, cinnamon and whipped cream
Instructions
Add the frozen peaches, milk, granulated sugar if using, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a high powered blender or food processor. Blend on high stopping to scrape down the sides and push the peaches into the blades. Keep blending until the mixture becomes soft serve consistency. Spoon or pipe the peach whip into glasses or cones.
Assemble with garnishes and serve immediately. You can also store in the freezer until ready to serve!
