#whogoat or #hugot

How funny it is to see the #whogoat or #hugot lines in our social media whenever we check our accounts. These #whogoat and #hugot lines are usually shared and being expressed by our youth who have experienced, might have experienced or those who can relate themselves in the same position even though they have not experience it. It has become a "laughing stock" in this generation. Maybe because this is the easiest way to express their hurtful/painful experiences and feelings in a light way. In a way wherein it can be a joke. But out of these words, we have to take time to listen, to know and to unveil their fainting heart. " For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks." - Luke 6:45 There's nothing wrong to express yourself because this is human's way of coping up. However, to cope is not enough. We need to stop, to acknowledge and to deal with these pain because you are not destined to dwell in every misery that you had in life. God does not want you to live your life being a slave of these things. He does not want you to carry those burdens, He wants to set us free and move on. "Come now, let us settle the matter," says the Lord. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." - Isaiah 1:18 For God is calling you to draw near Him. So He can settle and give you back the identity that He has given you. For pain destroys a person, his/her purpose and his/her identity. He wants you to experience His forgiveness and be free. "For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us to the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, and forgiveness of sins" - Col. 1:13-14 Do not dwell or get used to a place where the norm is "hurt/pain" for this is not the place God has prepared for us. He wanted our hearts to have life that everything that will flow in it is life and true joy. Ending this with love. May God wrapped you in His arms and I pray that you'll be able to experience true love and joy that comes from our Lord. 😚😚
