The fawns put up a respectable fight, but one ended up as dinner later that day. One of the most fascinating things we have ever witnessed in Yellowstone NP.

Got lucky with the lighting yesterday (Aug 1). Just the right amount of humidity to show the red at sunrise (see sunrise post)  and to show great colors throughout the morning.
