Imagine your F/O helping you out when your anxiety rises. Maybe you just thought of the wrong thing or stumbled across a topic you wish you hadn’t, but that doesn’t matter; you’ve been spiraled into fear due to it, no matter if the cause was big or small. Your F/O tries to help you, keeping their distance so that they don’t crowd you out too much, saying praise and comfort in a gentle and calm voice. They’re worried for you, of course, but they will do their darnedest to help you through this.
Maybe you’re shaking and wheezing as you cry, maybe you’re shouting in anger at them to leave you alone, maybe you’re frozen solid and couldn’t move if you tried. After a bit, they get closer and even offer a hug if you want to take it.
You could push yourself into their arms or sit back, but you know that they would not be upset in either situation. They help you focus on your breathing and calming down, even if it takes a long time. After you’ve become a bit more grounded, they offer to hang out and watch your favorite show or movie with you, or listen to your favorite music. They let you know how they’re there for you, to be by your side and help you in any way that they can.
Because you mean the world to them, and they’re glad to show it.

Imagine your F/O helping you when the pain gets bad. Maybe it’s so bad that you’re bedridden and can hardly move, maybe you’re just tearing up a little whilst doing daily tasks; whatever it is, they’re there for you. They get you a cold compress or a heating pad if that can help and, if it doesn’t, they just hold you close and help you as best they can with moral support alone.
Recently found this blog and I absolutely love it, thank you so much for making it! If it's not too much, could you write a comfort imagine for someone who has a twisting spine? It's caused my ribs to twist and protrude, my shoulders to become uneven and my head to slump but I don't mind if you mods are uncomfortable writing for this, no pressure! Keep up the fantastic imagines nonetheless!

Hi! Could I have some cuddling/general affection imagines for Adolf from terra formars? He's really reserved and easily flustered, and puts up a stoic front in public. He's gentle and really touch starved too, I just wanna cuddle him so bad lol. Idk if it affects things at all but I'm a guy and he's a bit taller than me. Thanks in advance!
In the early days of your relationship, Adolf is hesitant to show any PDA at all, only occasionally holding your hand and as you look up at him, you can see his stoic facade crack a bit as he thinks “Oh my god.... I finally get to hold their hand....”, and his face turns BRIGHT red. He can barely can stutter out a dignified response as he looks into your eyes and just melts. The longer you two date, the more comfortable he feels letting his stoic front down, and trusts you with his life. Whenever he has the chance, he just want to hold you, play with your hair and just *gush* about whatever’s on his mind. He’s so happy to be with you, and wants to share every aspect of his day with you. He turns into a mushy, rambly mess about whatever he’s passionate about. He doesn’t have to worry about seeming tough with you, because just holding you in his arms makes his heart melt.

Hello!! Could I maybe request a letter from my wife Volta? She’s a demon from The Arcana who’s very skittish and nervous but extremely affectionate and loving. She often stumbles over her words and talks in third person, and she’s overall just a little sweetie pie!! She’s blind in one eye and has a curse of eternal hunger, which as someone who is a recovered anor*xic with chronic illnesses is really comforting to me because we help each other feel better!! Imagine your f/o telling you how beautiful/handsome you are! They talk about how cute all kinds of details on you are, be they freckles or scars or stretchmarks! If you’re shorter than them, you’re the perfect size for cuddling! If you’re taller, you’re the perfect size to be cuddled by! Whether you’re full of solid muscles or you’re very soft and plush, whether you’re wide or narrow, you’re perfect to them and they love to see you smiling and happy, because they want nothing more than to be by your side all day, every day. If they can at least make you know how deep their ‘I love Y/N’ reservoir goes, they’ll be happy, but they still would prefer to show it to you!
Imagine your f/o taking you clothes-shopping. You don’t feel very confident at first, each glance in a mirror making your skin crawl and thoughts burrow into your head like evil roots, up until your f/o starts giving you clothes to try on. You spend far too long looking at the mirror in the dressing room before finally sighing and leaving, expecting to be mocked and ridiculed as you were fully convinced you deserved... but instead your f/o squeals and gushes over how good you look and your head shoots up to look at them. It’s genuine, they’re absolutely in love, but they already are coming up with other combination ideas and before you know it you’re giving a full fashion show for them, feeling like a star!
Imagine your f/o making you food! Maybe they’re quiet while you talk or maybe they chatter so much you don’t even get a chance to think a bad thought, too focused on hearing them talk while they cook. It’s your favorite food and looks amazing, but they don’t force you to eat; if you take even a tiny bite they’re smiling brightly and thanking you for trying, and if you eat more they look pretty happy. Either way, they’re happy to be with you.

maybe you processed some old traumas, or just are exhausted from talking about your feelings and situations.
They pick you up out of therapy and when you get home, they know not to pry too much and just help you take it easy. They make you your favorite meal for dinner, watch your favorite movie and just Be with you. Cuddles are optional, because sometimes after talking about heavy stuff can put a damper on the snuggles.
If you do want cuddles, they're all there for you, holding you close and giving you a billion kisses.
They ask if you're comfortable with them sitting in on one of your sessions, to learn how to help you better.
They research DBT skills so they can help you through anything.
And most importantly, they know your trauma isn't your fault and they love you regardless.
Imagine your F/O giving you positivity for whatever it is that’s bugging you. Be it your appearance or your feelings, they’re there to tell you how much they love you and how much you mean to them. It doesn’t matter if you’re short or tall, thick or thin; you’re with them and they love you. They’ll be beyond happy to help assuage those nasty voices that try to tell you otherwise.
