i've been feeling... not the most motivated to draw anything after i failed miserably to enter the kodansha manga academy awards... but i'm getting back into the swing of things i think.

now these artworks are insanely old. for example this was an attempt at pony Razou Bunny, back when she had long hair. and was purple? I didn't even realize she ever had long hair back then...

this design for bunny intrigues me... but i don't like how she's not really fat during this era... like her neck, and stomach are way too thin i think. the only accurate thing here is that she would definitely wear a sharkini to the beach

i wasn't even certain i wanted to color this very old sketch of haiyan because like. she changed so much in two years, it doesn't even look like her anymore...

ok here's an interesting character design, apparently her name was Ambrose! and i think she was the hypothetical fankid of Haiyan and Bedman from GG... so she's like. a predecessor of Junko. huh

oh yeah speaking of bedman here's an older design of this one fakemon i once made based on bedman. the evolution design is definitely outdated though

ok so somehow i missed like. a lot of different anniversaries for the vocaloid underground catalogue. i'll need to catch up eventually but here's my attempt at MIKU 16. she has bangs covering her face cause it's a reference to the artist ARuFa. who has a censor bar over their face so i guess the best translation is bangs over her eyes. ok

anyways. uh. not entirely certain the miku element comes through much in this version. i mean theoretically miku can look like anything but like. what's going on here

alright it's thursday comp again i guess

so like. have yall seen the logo for digital video dreams. probably my favorite logo truth be told. cause of how strange it looks. and i think i did... a halfway decent job at recreating it? yeah whatever anyways

we have Osou, in human form! not sure what his deal is but he may be one of the first people that tsubomi meets. at least he's the first human she'll ever meet, anyway.

a second ago i was thinking to myself, i was thinking of including tsubomi and petra in a lot of different aus... and this is what petra would look like if she was apollyne's daughter...

... well. she already was apollyne's daughter, i'm saying in the au (apollyne universe), her dad is. uh. her dad is coat guy from ninah in this situation

i feel like explaining the differences between coat petra and og petra would mean explaining the whole entire backstory of petra (who happens to have a really stupid backstory) so i'll only mention that coat petra doesn't have blown pupils, has freckles instead of a mole, and doesn't have strange blood elemental magic that allows her to regenerate organs constantly.

... i'll talk about petra more eventually.

another color test with tsubomi! you can tell i only added the pink color at the last minute...

and then you can ALSO Tell i compiled these sketches together last minute as well. it's nova and tsubomi, and horse tsubomi. i remember drawing the sketches of nova and thinking "whoa what the hell? when was i this good at sketching?"

and then we have Tsubomi's friend Hayate. she's a panda ant. I'm thinking she also ends up having a big sister role for tsubomi when they become friends.

also before i go, i actually drew hayate a while ago, but i don't remember posting it here. well. here you go.

Osou is a normal human (pony in this case...), Eisyou is a fairy penguin, and Ayumu is a tardigrade

somehow i started the compilation late and i still don't have a lot of art to show... i was too busy... making lists of vocaloid songs... and watching grave encounters...

so the first art is this sketch of miku 25 (in pony form) because it's been WAY too long since i last drew her...

this sketch is like. 1? 2 years old now? and it kept staring at me... i don't usually like editing art pieces from before i got my huion tablet, but i figured it was fine in this instance. (I colored in Pan and Leuca's hair a little bit, along with Pan's suit. and also his hair was originally unfinished so i fixed it a bit)

Angel D Pan, Dracule Hellsing and Dracule Leuca are the first fankids i designed related to One Piece (the children of Mihawk, Crocodile, and my fan character Angel D Lalesca)... although it's possible that the guy in the bottom left is not Hellsing?

... the more i look at it the more i realize that could very well be the son of Iceberg? cause of the hair line, and the beard? but i assumed it was Hellsing because he shares his parents with the other two characters shown. so. whatever

anyways. Erdene concept art why not. she's a little bat lady :)

about a week ago i was trying to create an entire comic that was just a ripoff of foodfight but with tv and movie production logos instead of supermarket mascots. the reason the blue sky character here is a woman is because yuri day was last week. and i missed it...

you know arguably, in this specific AU, it is funny how this trio from the mane 6 are the weirdos of the group

we got dynamics that are basically inspired by vannamelon's old youtube series "fluttershy plays weird mlp games"... but then i fucked over the dynamic i guess.

twilight is a pervert, applejack is a masochist, and fluttershy is. uh. well she died once as a kid but she's fine now. and also she's got conquerors haki. How tf do you spell conqueror, is that right? What the hell-
