            When Elizabeth heard that her fiancé would be in London around the same time as her, it was only natural that she’d pay an unexpected visit while he briefly occupied the townhouse. Though, when she arrived, Ciel had already left to take care of whatever mission the queen sent him on. Fortunately, the house was not completely empty. Agni and Soma were kind enough to let her in and deliver the bad news— she had just missed Ciel by a mere few minutes.

            ❝  I had a whole picnic basket prepared for us. I was hoping we could have lunch together at the nearby park before he left for business. All the food my chef made will go to waste now.  ❞

   now that the lessons were done for the week, the short teacher figured she might as well get a side job to double up on dough. there was one place that her dark eyes had been watching closely, and that was a flower shop. taking her time was not an option when it came to deliveries and, since sightseeing is always fun ( meaning she takes her sweet time doing anything outside ), she decided to help with arrangements.

   some rich family had ordered a shit-ton of bouquets as well as requesting the manager and one other staff member to show up to a big fancy gathering of sorts as guests, too. all of that guest business simply meant they were asked to attend as both guests and representatives for the floral company as part of a business deal with said family. all of this meant a shit-ton of work for her.

   however, she didn’t mind — in fact, it was quite the opposite. aside from teaching and acting on her homicidal urges, she just might have found another calling! someone from the aforementioned uptown usurpers family is coming to get this humungous order, and the manager himself will most likely pick someone else to act as a representative.

   so maybe her outrageous, lion’s mane of blue hair was neither generally appreciated nor condoned at formal events.

   but that didn’t mean she couldn’t get her hopes up, right?

            Being someone of high social status was an awful lot of menial work. While Elizabeth had yet to figure out the severity behind that, she understood it from what she watched her parents endure. In order to stay at the top, it was customary for a noble family such as the Midfords to have quaint, sophisticated parties that would show off their wealth. But, for them to succeed in boasting about their luxury, everything at the party had to be absolutely pristine. Nothing could be out of place— the silverware had to be spotless, and the appetizers had to be cooked just right. One wrong move and it’d most definitely hurt their status.

            For this reason, Elizabeth was the one who insisted on going to the flower shop that was in charge of the centerpieces for her family’s latest event. The girl had the most remarkable ability when it came to style and fashion. As someone who refused to wear anything that she did not deem cute, Lizzy’s eyes only appreciated the most aesthetically pleasing things. If there was anything wrong with the flower arrangements, she’d be the first to see it.

            ❝  ...Hello?  ❞   She pushed the door of the shop open, scanning the room for an employee that would be willing to assist her. An older girl with vivid blue hair immediately caught your attention. ❝ Oh, you! You work at this shop, right? I’m here on behalf of the Midford family. I apologize for arriving earlier than expected, but I just couldn’t wait to see what you guys have arranged for my family!  ❞

omg yes i would love to! the ML fandom is one of the best i’ve ever been in!! i’m trying to be active on nathan again but i’ve been so busy and stressed in the real world that it’s hard to manage more than 1 muse. i’m starting my first year of college tomorrow and i just moved into my dorm and all this change is making me physically sick rn lol— so i’ll probably stick to lizzy for the time being. this message made me very happy tho!! i never really thought i made an impact with any of my muses, so knowing that just one person misses me is so cool!!
