Richard is a lovely soul with one of the biggest and kindest hearts and one of the most talented Magnuses I know. I'm a trash friend and haven't talked to them in forever. But I love them very much and I hope they're having a good day and an amazing life.

     Oh god, I saw this yesterday and then didn’t know how to respond to it because it was so lovely that I still have it in my inbox today — which is fine too because I got to see it again when looking through my messages.     Thank you so much for this, this is really cute and nice. You’re not a trash friend, stop being rude to yourself. Sometimes time just gets scarce. I wasn’t home properly in like ten months as some people know, because I have been away for work. Last two months I did about sixty hours a week because I got an amazing opportunity that I didn’t want to pass on, and now I’m back home, finally. Proper Internet, more time (I say as I’m about to probably don’t have time for two days straight), and ready for anything.     I am having lots of good days and I hope you do, too. And anyone reading this. Hit me up on my discord, mate.     In fact, everyone should have a good day and hit me up.

     “Maybe it could. Maybe it sh...,” Magnus sighed heavily, suddenly feeling tired in a way he hadn’t in centuries. He lost the momentum he had had before like it had gone out of him along with the breath he expelled. When he spoke again, resignation drenched his words like gasoline ready to be lit on fire. “No, you’re right. Wisdom can’t always save you.”      Magnus shrugged then but the gesture too lacked vigor as well as proper execution.

      “I’m sure you meant to cheer me up,” he concluded, pretty confident in his assessment of the situation through his assessment of her. She was a kind soul and she had probably not meant to tell him fucking up was inevitable even with the greatest amount of foresight and wisdom. Or maybe she had and he just didn’t feel the relief of being absolved of all fault yet. “I’m sorry that didn’t work out as planned. Although, the night is young, and I’m not opposed to some more good conversation.”
