Eyes roll at the name princess, but she simply holds yellow painted nails up in response, “why would ah’ ever leave with a broken nail??” even in a situation like this, she was still full of herself. the pout is still firmly planted on her lips as she drops her hands back into her lap, “ah’ got hollered at a ton at work for nothin’. people are shit.”
There’s a soft sniffle as evangeline leans back in the lawn chair, the pool was practically empty as the sunset faded into the night sky. she didn’t want to be a crybaby, but being yelled at twice at work had threw her off balance, evangeline was so used to talking her way out of things that this was a first. eyes screwed shut, she tries to keep tears from falling, she will not cry over a job she doesn’t even need. at the sound of footsteps she doesn’t turn around, “if ya’ here to tell me to leave, give me like ten more minutes. i’m sad an’ the sky is pretty.”

evan knows nothing of her mother other than she left her father at the hospital. her father pretends she doesn’t exist and evan has always been too afraid to ask. she’s thought about going behind his back to find things out but has always been too paranoid
her dad is a big name movie director, evan has met almost every actor possible and thinks she’s hot shit because of it. will name drop all the celebs she’s been on dates with like its nbd
her father pays for almost everything for her, but she still works as a waitress because she likes the fact that it’s her own money. she’s not very good at waitressing but she can charm herself out of anything. her accent and big eyes normally keep customers from complaining
she moved out to pearls isle after dropping out of an engagement to her high school sweetheart. he was the only man she’d ever been with and she realized she was too young to make that commitment, she decided to start out fresh away from everyone
the type that’ll be nice to your face but will shit talk you later like it’s no big deal, but she does it so subtly that it’s hard to notice, real big on ‘bless their heart’
