Context: the Toon who introduced me to Toontown lore, Ray, and I had a brief discussion about a Toontown x Undertale crossover. It didn't go much further than talking about Slappy and Flippy living together, and Slappy taking Sans's place as the final boss of a No Mercy route, so that's exactly what I drew.

It makes no sense but ehhhhhh it's a thing now.
