i am absolutely delusional

i hate dating i don't understand it and im just now realizing i haven't done it much because im 29 and have been in four relationships (i was very much manipulated into three of them by awful men who caused so much trauma i was actually diagnosed w ptsd and take meds for nightmares), one way too serious situationship (i was completely in love with him and for what????) and other than that just meeting people at bars or clubs and one night stands and so now i'm 29 years old almost 30 and i have no idea how to date properly is that sad?????

i think it makes me sad

and i've also been thinking about simon because it's about that time i need him to check in on me again and i hate him for fucking up our friendship because i could talk to him about literally anything (and i did!!!) and i talked to him all day every day really and i have not had a friend like that since and it sucks and i'm not ok, i haven't been ok for a while now and he was the only one who was really good at talking me out of being not ok
