The Hunger Games has always been one of my favorite series, and I really loved Katniss as the protagonist of the books. The grief and depression she underwent over the 2nd and 3rd books was almost tangible to me, and I wanted to try to make an artistic interpretation of that. It got really frustrating at some points because I had trouble working out the background and working with Procreate throughout the process, but in the end, I guess I’m happy with the final result.
