Self Care Series Photo Dump: I’ve been paying attention to myself more these last 2 weeks. This pandemic really will slow you down and force you to take care of yourself, be gentle to yourself, and really have patience with time. Moving forward I have to hold myself accountable when it comes to taking care of myself and taking time for myself vs. overworking and burning out. I’ve gotten to a point where I normalized burning out and that’s not okay. Digital Lepidopterist 🦋 I’ve used a lot of butterflies in my work since I started doing photography 5 years ago. Butterflies are a symbol of growth & transformation into a new phase. I’ve definitely been going throw a lot of personal change and growth that’s been helping me understand my purpose even more than ever before, so I felt like it was good to bring these oldies back out.
