@graysondolan: I’ve always known that I was a morning person, but when it came to waking up early I struggled with consistency and a schedule. Mostly because I couldn’t put my phone down at night. I’ve used these past few months to create better habits and make positive changes in areas that I’ve been neglecting. I’ve stuck to my goal of no longer snoozing my alarm in the morning while still getting the right amount of sleep. I’ve been able to use the morning to my advantage. I use this extra time at the beginning of the day to focus on myself, and be real with myself. Because of this I’ve been starting each day with a positive and refreshed mind. Shot by @jordenkeith
