Hello! My name is Gō Matsuoka. But please... Call me Kō. I'm a first year at Iwatobi High School, and the manager for the Iwatobi Swim Club! If you're here to sign up for the club, great! We're very eager to have new members join! If not, then I'm sure we'll still have a great time!

Hello everyone! I know I haven't been on in a long, long time. And for that, I apologize. I was having a lot of trouble keeping up with having so many roleplay accounts. However, that problem has now been fixed! Gou will be moving to my new, multi-muse blog, which can be found here. 

I will be replying to anyone I owe on this account. So if you are interested in keeping up with our threads, be on the lookout for that! This blog will be deleted shortly. I really hope to continue rping with all of you lovely people!

"Alright!" Melody called back over to the redhead as she quickly allowed her eyes to scan the swimsuits. Knowing her size pretty well at this point, she quickly grabbed the appropriate suit and walked over to the changing area. After a couple minutes, she folded up her clothes and stuffed them in her school bag before stepping away from the curtain, pulling her hair back into a single braid. "How’s this?"

Gō's eyes widened a bit and a smile quickly spread across her face. "Wow! I've never seen anyone look so nice in a school swimsuit before!" she confessed. They really weren't the nicest looking suits. But Melody really looked cute, especially with her hair pulled back in a braid like that. Gō grabbed the other girl's hand and began pulling her back towards the pool. "Come on! We've got to show the others! I'm sure they're here by now!"

"No, it’s alright. We can do it today, honestly," Melody smiled sheepishly, but nodded understandingly at Gou’s situation. She could understand how she would have gotten overly excited, especially since she seemed to be so eager to recruit new members. "I just wasn’t prepared, that’s all. But I’ll have to swim for everyone at some point, right? Might as well get the awkward part done and over with," she said enthusiastically.

Gō was pleased to hear that Melody really did want to swim for her friends. So, eager to see what the other girl had to offer, she picked up her pace and pulled her along in the direction of the locker room. Once inside the cold, chlorine-scented room, she showed Melody where the spare suits were kept. "Go ahead and pick one that will fit you and then you can change over there." She pointed towards a small, curtained off area. "I'll be right here waiting for you!"

“Of course. The age gap may be large but he still treats them as kindly as any other big brother would…” Haru had ended up tuning out somewhere in between the excitement and actually getting tugged along. A bit of a sigh passed his lips as he sped up a bit to keep up with the other. “I know, I know… we’re not gonna be late though so taking time is okay, right?”

Gō hadn't even really been aware that she had been pulling Haruka along. When he spoke up, she stopped, releasing his hand, and gave him a sheepish grin. "Of course! Sorry about that!" She slowed her pace, her hands falling to her sides and swings a bit as she walked. "It's not going to be the same having practice without Makoto-senpai... He's sort of the voice of reason among us... What if chaos ensues because he isn't around?"

"Um…" Melody’s cheeks flushed red yet again, but this time for a completely different reason. Somehow it didn’t occur to her that she would be swimming today. She thought Gou would have her sit out for today and just watch the practice. “Yeah, sure,” She evidently replied with a smile. 

"Are there any spare swimsuits here?" she asked. She wondered when practice was supposed to start and how many people were on the team. She didn’t feel quite comfortable performing in front of a large crowd just yet, especially with someone as intimidating as Haruka watching her. And especially because she didn’t usually swim competitively.

Okay... So maybe she should have asked first before promising Haruka that Melody would swim for them. That wasn't really fair to put Melody on the spot like that. But Gō's excitement had gotten the better of her, and it had slipped out before she could stop herself. She was grateful that the other girl had gone along with it though, and agreed without asking questions. The redhead gave her new friend an apologetic smile.

"There are some school issued swim suits in the changing rooms," she assured the other girl with a nod. "We'll find one in your size, and then you can wear it until we buy you a better one." She gestured for Melody to follow her as she started making her way to the locker room. "Oh... Ah... You don't mind showing the others what you can do, do you...? I know I kind of sprung that on you suddenly, and I'm sorry. I just... I really want you to be able to get started as soon as possible... If you really don't want to swim for them, I would understand. We can do it another time."

He sighed “You’re probably right about that”, he really didn’t know what he was going to do now. He had lost himself in thought until the red head moved a little closer to him. Excitement clear on her face.

He didn’t know what to make of her offer, though he didn’t turn it down. He did need a place to stay while he was here, and she didn’t mind accommodating for him, what was the sense in turning her down. He waited a few seconds before finally giving her a response, “Sure”.

A wide smile broke out across Gō's face when Haruka agreed to stay with her and she reached out to clasp her hands over one of his. "Really?! That's wonderful! I promise you'll enjoy yourself!" She pushed herself out of her seat. "I'm going to go get the nurse and see if it's alright to take you home now! You wait right here!" And with that, she hurried out of the room and down the halls, looking for someone who could help her.
